Holiday season is here! It’s the time of year to reflect, share, and to express gratitude. Holiday season is comprised of family time, helping others, enjoying home cooked meals & baked goods, exchanging presents and good memories. At the same time another year is ending, and it’s an occasion to be thankful for the life that we have been given. Millions of people start their New Years with a list of resolutions; resolutions can be things you are planning to achieve, a habit you want to develop, a change that you are willing to bring in your life. For me, every new year is a reminder of a fresh beginning which translates into an opportunity. An opportunity to grow as a person. May this list inspire you to move towards the new year with a sense of gratitude and love:
